Replace or filter the oil immediately if it contains impurities, and perform a monthly oil replacement using anti-wear hydraulic oil to protect components from wear. Inspect hydraulic lines and seals weekly for leaks or damage, tightening connections or replacing seals as needed. Maintaining a clean, dry work environment prevents corrosion of hydraulic and electrical components. After machining, remove metal shavings, clean oil stains, and apply rust protection. During prolonged inactivity, drain hydraulic oil, apply anti-corrosion treatments, and occasionally run no-load cycles to prevent component seizing.
